Sillex Tech LLC (“Sillex Tech,” “we,” “us”) is a Maryland, USA software company. This policy explains what information this website — sillextech.com — collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the corporate site and the contact form. It does not replace the privacy policies of our products, which are linked below.

Information we collect

This site is a static informational site. We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or cookies for tracking. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider is contacted when you browse.

The only information you actively provide is through our contact form:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The inquiry type you select (general, consulting, or press)
• The message you write

Our web host may also process standard server/CDN request metadata (such as IP address and browser user-agent) for security and reliability, as is typical for any website.

How we use it

We use contact-form submissions solely to read and respond to your inquiry, and to route it to the correct mailbox based on the inquiry type you choose. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How submissions are handled

Contact-form messages are processed by our own backend function and delivered by email through Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), a service of Amazon Web Services (AWS), acting as our processor. No email credentials or keys are exposed to your browser. We include a hidden anti-spam field and basic rate limiting; these are used only to filter automated abuse.

Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, then delete or archive it under our internal retention practices. (Specific retention periods will be finalized before launch.)

VibeKitchen and MasalaBear are operated by Sillex Tech LLC but handle their own user data under their own policies:

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us through this site by emailing hello@sillextech.com. For product accounts, use the deletion route on the data deletion page.
